چکیده
Aim: To study the immunity reaction in tumor by intratumoral injection with a drug PYM and DNP, where it produces abscopal effect expression of immunological genes on home side (left side) while brings similar same opposite (right mice. Method: Prepare each left 6 mice injected PYM+DNP control day 1 7. Two later 1, one groups were inoculated 0.2ml H22 cells (105/ml) again right underarms as for controls. On day15, bilateral sides excised qPCR measurement. Resultï¼It showed that inflammation CoL1a1, CD4, IL12aÂ, TGFb1Â, Elastin, Cox2, CD11b/c, CD8, TNFa different groups; The both but these is not only increasing Collal, NFKB, CD11c, CD8 treated also an which at all. In group, without all factors related above Conclusion: It indicated hapten DNP can induce stimulation TNFaÂ, resulted abscopale effect. immuno genes, therefore, playing important role special reaction.
